Refund & Return Policy

Our Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, contact us at hello@risernow.com · (864) 400-1967 within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may request a return of unopened product within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition

For health and safety reasons, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused product in its original, sealed packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned or resold, and are not eligible for refund except where the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@risernow.com · (864) 400-1967 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Non-Refundable

Shipping charges, opened products, and items returned after the 14-day window are non-refundable.
