Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped until payment has cleared.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after shipment is 3–7 business days within the United States, and 7–21 business days to Canada and Mexico. International transit times depend on your national postal service and on customs clearance, which we do not control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Within the United States, shipping is a flat $9.95 per order and free on orders of 2 or more boxes. To Canada and Mexico, shipping is a flat $19.95 per order; free shipping does not apply to international orders. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These are charged by your country’s customs authority, are not included in the total you pay us, and we cannot estimate them for you. Parcels refused at customs or unclaimed may be returned or destroyed by the carrier; shipping charges are not refundable in that case. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the products they order may lawfully be imported into their country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information at the address provided.

Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact hello@risernow.com · (786) 321-2670 and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
